“I liked the location closed to the lake and many restaurants. The installations of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Panajachel.”

“Expedia lied. Overall I was extremely happy with the hotel. Expedia mentioned SPA and that was one of our first & main reasons for our travel! So you can imagine how upset I was when we asked about the spa and I was told they didn’t have one! Location 10/10.”

“The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for”

“Habitacion limpia. No comi en el restaurante porque los precios de desayuno empezaban en Q90 y justo en frente habia un restaurante donde los desayunos estaban a Q50 y muy completos. El restaurante estaba solo, creo qeu deberian considerar ser mas competitivos con sus precios en el restaurante. Otra recomendacion seria tener habilitada el area donde hay como un canopy, porque yo quise ir a trabajar con mi compu a esa area, que es otro extension del restaurante, y abrian hasta las 9 a.m. y solo……

“This room #12 had a small ceiling fan (4 2-foot paddles) with broken up/down air direction switch. It would only push air up at ceiling. Room (,next yo laundry room dryers) stayed at constant 86 F or 49 C temperature. Very uncomfortable. Management offered a small floor fan with extension so it could be placed at the open door to pull in cooler outside air. Another odd thing was with toilet next to sink, when toilet was flushed and sink drain was open, loud air noise with sewer smell camevl up……
